Nostalgic, epic, awesome.

This submission, when I first saw the caption, I thought it was some kind of joke, then I watched it. The classic-style SNES cutescene-ish graphics stood out in a world where most people go for hand-drawn animation, and the lyrical twists and turns made up for the lack of rhyme impressively, and that's just when it comes to video quality. I also made sure to absorb the MEANING of the song. It states what every die-hard, hardcore, till the end gamer enjoys the experience for. I can state that I've beaten exactly sixty-six games in my life. This song made me remember EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM. Some of the games I honestly regret because of certain parts of it, but for the most part, I remember the times I had playing them, alone or with friends, soaking in everything each game had to offer, and really getting into it. The memories I have of all the games I've played and beaten are ones I would never replace with anything. Games helped me make friends in new environments, and gives me common ground with people all over the place. The song in this submission describes the entirety of my reason for playing games of all kinds (that I play), and it even inspired me to dust off some games I hadn't played in a while. The morning I woke up after seeing this submission, I pulled out the original Viewtiful Joe, and, despite having to pause to do things for my family at frequent intervals, I beat the game in more or less one sitting, truly enjoying everything it had to offer. I'm working on re-beating Viewtiful Joe 2 now, although not quite as quickly..
To summarize, I have to thank you for this submission. It spoke to me just as loudly as it spoke to every true gamer who has watched it. It truly is a gamer's anthem.

Impressive

That was a lot better than I was initially expecting. The fight was really good, and it fits how the characters' abilities would clash if they really were to meet.

All in all, really well done. Oh... and...

SPRITAS FTW

I never even saw your comment!

SPRITAS FTW!!!

Simply amazing

You do the game justice, you do the original animation justice, you do every performer justice, you do pretty much everything involved in the game and any fan tributes ever made absolute justice. Congrats, good sir, you have created something epic.

Very much worth the wait

The whole thing was hilarious, and the fight scene against Dark Link presented quite the epic surprise. It was surprisingly fitting to Navi's comment as soon as the fight was over. I also LOVED how you "explained" how Link carries all that stuff. All in all, more than worth the wait and epic as always.

That was EPIC.

Perfect for the occasion. I laughed my ass off far too many times for me to be able to form a coherent thought.

Just another day at Wal-Mart

I have days like that.
Only I forget to carry around green dye on St. Paddy's day.
The rest is pretty much the same, though.

Rapheus responds:

ALWAYS remember the green dye on St. Paddy's day!

Pretty decent.

It was a good fight, but it seemed like you were trying really hard to be like Alvin Earthworm. I can't say it was horrible, cause it's better than anything I can do, but I know it could have been better. I don't know how, but I figure you'll get better with more practice. The next episode should be interesting.

Ooh, cliffhanger

I can make a few guesses as to why it was specifically Mickey that was chosen, and so far this show has yet to disappoint. I like the story elements that are being thrown in, it's definately keeping me interested.

I've got one more...

HotDiggedyDemon has been CONFIRMED FOR BRAWL! Be careful, though, the character is even more overpowered than God, in fact I hear he's totally invincible and can summon other characters like Jerry, Junior, and Mickey the Dick! Remember, one hit from HotDiggedyDemon can instantly KO you, and DO NOT let him get that damn Smash Ball!

It was good

You could stand to have a bit more detail, and I'd like to hear some sound that isn't just the music. Epic sound effect just make something like this even more epic, and the 3d effects you used weren't too overly complex and easy to fit into something like this, so that worked pretty well. I liked the concept of the army of Metal Sonics, but if you based it more off of the games instead of Sonic X, you'd get a bigger response from fans, and you'd have a bit more storyline possibilities due to what keeps happening. After all, eventually, Shadow isn't working for Eggman anymore. Also, I don't understand why they had to go Super against each other. They're pretty evenly matched, but Super isn't exactly neccessary. One other thing that I noticed was that Sonic wasn't exactly going with his traditional fighting style, which normally consists of creative spins with the occasional punch and kick, with the main extremity that he uses while super being his head. He headbutts a lot while Super. Overall, with enough practice, I definately think you can do something to rival Nazo Unleashed, but for now, 8/10.

Don't run, life is not a race. But you shouldn't walk either, because that would make you stupid. You should walk briskly.
